Common use of Filing Fees, Taxes, etc Clause in Contracts

Filing Fees, Taxes, etc. The Grantors, jointly and severally, shall pay on demand all filing, registration and recording fees or re-filing, re-registration, and re-recording fees, and all federal, state, county, and municipal stamp taxes and other similar taxes, duties, imposts, assessments, and charges arising out of or in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the Indenture, each Intercreditor Agreement, the other Indenture Documents, and any agreement supplemental hereto or thereto and any instruments of further assurance or termination.
