Common use of Filing in the Headquarters of the Company Clause in Contracts

Filing in the Headquarters of the Company. This Agreement shall be filed at the Company’s headquarters, and the obligations and encumbrances resulting herefrom shall be recorded in accordance with Section 7.11 below, at the corresponding records, including, among others, in the Registered Shares Register of the Company (or before the financial institution responsible for the bookkeeping of Shares, including the declaration of equity ownership), in accordance with and for the purposes of Article 118, heading, and paragraph 1 of the Corporations Law.
