The Borrower and each New Subsidiary shall deliver to the Administrative Agent such certificates and other documents (including, without limitation, UCC-1 financing statements, unit certificates and unit powers, as applicable) and take such action as the Administrative Agent shall reasonably request in order to effectuate the terms hereof and the Collateral Agreement.
