Common use of Filing Location Clause in Contracts

Filing Location. When a UCC financing statement has been filed in the offices of a Louisiana Clerk of Court of any parish other than Orleans (or in the case of Orleans Parish, with the Recorder of Mortgages), the Security Interests shall constitute perfected security interests in the Collateral to the extent that a security interest therein may be perfected by filing pursuant to the UCC, prior to all other Liens except for the Permitted Liens and rights of others therein to the extent that such priority is afforded by the UCC.
