Filing of Accounting. The final accounting described in the above Section shall be filed with the Bankruptcy Court and all Beneficiaries shall have notice that the final accounting has been filed and an opportunity to have a hearing on the approval of the accounting and the discharge and release of the Liquidating Trustee.
