Common use of Filing of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Filing of Agreement. This Agreement, and amendments hereto, shall be filed with the appropriate state regulatory agency pursuant to the requirements of Section 252 of the Act, or as otherwise required by the state and the Parties shall share equally in any applicable fees. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement shall not be submitted for approval by the appropriate state regulatory agency unless and until such time as TWTC is duly certified as a local exchange carrier in such state, except as otherwise required by a Commission.
