Common use of Filing of Amalgamation Application Clause in Contracts

Filing of Amalgamation Application. Following the approval of this Agreement by the shareholders of the Amalgamating Companies, and subject to the satisfaction or waiver of all of the conditions precedent set forth herein, the Amalgamating Companies shall jointly file the Amalgamation Application with the Registrar appointed under the BCBCA.
