Common use of Filing of Amendment or Supplement Clause in Contracts

Filing of Amendment or Supplement. The Partnership will not file any amendment or supplement to the Registration Statement or to the Prospectus or any Issuer Free Writing Prospectus of which the Underwriters have not previously been advised or to which the Underwriters have reasonably objected in writing after being so advised, unless the Partnership has determined based on the advice of counsel that such amendment, supplement or other filing is required by law.
