Common use of Filing of Canadian Prospectus Supplement and U.S. Prospectus Supplement Clause in Contracts

Filing of Canadian Prospectus Supplement and U.S. Prospectus Supplement. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to (1) as soon as possible and in any event no later than 2:30 p.m. (Vancouver time) on January 28, 2015 (the “Final Filing Time”), prepare and file with each Canadian Authority the Canadian Prospectus Supplement, and (2) prepare and file with the Commission the U.S. Prospectus Supplement within the time period prescribed by Rule 424 under the 1933 Act;

Filing of Canadian Prospectus Supplement and U.S. Prospectus Supplement. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to (1) as soon as possible and in any event no later than 2:30 p.m. 9:30 a.m. (Vancouver New York time) on January 28December 14, 2015 2012 (the “Final Filing Time”), prepare and file with each Canadian Qualifying Authority the Canadian Prospectus Supplement, and (2) prepare and file with the Commission the U.S. Prospectus Supplement within the time period prescribed by Rule 424 under the 1933 Act;

Filing of Canadian Prospectus Supplement and U.S. Prospectus Supplement. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to (1) as soon as possible and in any event no later than 2:30 p.m. 9:30 a.m. (Vancouver New York time) on January 28September 16, 2015 2009 (the “"Final Filing Time”"), prepare and file with each Canadian Qualifying Authority the Canadian Prospectus Supplement, and (2) prepare and file with the Commission the U.S. Prospectus Supplement within the time period prescribed by Rule 424 under the 1933 Act;

Filing of Canadian Prospectus Supplement and U.S. Prospectus Supplement. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to (1) as soon as possible and in any event no later than 2:30 p.m. (Vancouver time) on January 28August 13, 2015 2014 (the “Final Filing Time”), prepare and file with each Canadian Authority the Canadian Prospectus Supplement, and (2) prepare and file with the Commission the U.S. Prospectus Supplement within the time period prescribed by Rule 424 under the 1933 Act;
