Common use of Filing of Claims Clause in Contracts

Filing of Claims. After the occurrence of an Insolvency Event in relation to any member of the Group, each Creditor irrevocably authorises the Security Agent, on its behalf, to: (a) take any Enforcement Action (in accordance with the terms of this Agreement) against that member of the Group; (b) demand, xxx, prove and give receipt for any or all of that member of the Group’s Liabilities; (c) collect and receive all distributions on, or on account of, any or all of that member of the Group’s Liabilities; and (d) file claims, take proceedings and do all other things the Security Agent considers reasonably necessary to recover that member of the Group’s Liabilities.
