The original or a copy of this Declaration and of each amendment hereto (including each Certificate of Designation and Certificate of Termination), as well as the certificates called for by Section 4.1(k) hereof as to changes in the Trustees, shall be kept at the office of the Trust where it may be inspected by any Shareholder, and one copy of each such instrument shall be filed with the Secretary of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as with any other governmental office where such filing may from time to time be required by the laws of Massachusetts.
