Common use of Filing of Exchange Act Reports Clause in Contracts

Filing of Exchange Act Reports. The Company shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to file (a) its Annual Reports on Form 10-K for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2018 and December 31, 2019, (b) all its required Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q since the quarter ended March 31, 2019, through the quarter ended June 30, 2020, and (c) any required Current Reports on Form 8-K that are due but not yet filed.

Filing of Exchange Act Reports. The Company shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to file (a) its Annual Reports on Form 10-K for the fiscal years year ended December 31, 2018 and December 31, 20192020, (b) all its required Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q since for the quarter quarters ended March 31, 20192020, through the quarter ended June 30, 2020, September 30, 2020, and March 31, 2021, and (c) except as disclosed on Schedule 4.13, any required Current Reports current reports on Form 8-K that are due Reports required to be filed with the Commission by the Company, at the earliest practicable date, but not yet filedin no event later than July 31, 2021.

The Company shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to file (a) its Annual Reports Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal years year ended December 31, 2018 and December 31, 20192018, (b) all its required Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q since the quarter ended March 31September 30, 20192018, through the quarter ended September 30, 2019 and its refiling of the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 20202018, and (c) any required Current Reports on it Form 8-K that are due Reports for the acquisitions of The Street, Inc. and its license with ABG-SI LLC, with the Commission as soon as practicable, but not yet filedin no event later than December 1, 2019.
