Filing of Final Plans, Permits. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall file the Final Plans with the governmental agencies having jurisdiction over the Tenant Improvements. Tenant shall furnish Landlord with copies of all documents submitted to all such governmental agencies and with the authorizations to commence work and the permits for the Tenant Improvements issued by such governmental agencies. Tenant shall not commence the Tenant Improvements until the required governmental authorizations for such work are obtained and delivered to Landlord.
