Common use of Filing of Financing Statements, etc Clause in Contracts

Filing of Financing Statements, etc. (i) Within one (1) Business Day of the date hereof, the Borrower shall cause the financing statements and other lien filings described in Section 6.01 to be duly filed in the appropriate jurisdictions and (ii) when received by the Borrower it shall promptly provide the Administrative Agent with acknowledgment copies of all financing statements and other filings described in Section 6.01.
