Filing of Form 8-K. The Company shall as promptly as practicable after the Closing Date, file the Form 8-K with the SEC with respect to the transactions described in this Agreement. As soon as practicable on or after the Closing Date, ChainTrade and the Shareholders shall provide all information to the Company as reasonably required in order to file the Form 8-K with the SEC.
