Common use of Filing of Rates and Charges Clause in Contracts

Filing of Rates and Charges. (A) Throughout the term of this Franchise, Grantee shall maintain on file with the City a complete and current schedule of all rates and charges related to providing Cable Services under this Franchise, in a form satisfactory to the City. (B) Grantee shall provide a complete schedule of rates and charges for any and all Leased Access Channels, or portions of such Channels, provided by Grantee. The schedule shall include a description of the price, terms and conditions established by Grantee for Leased Access Channels. Upon the City's request, Grantee shall furnish additional detail or explanation in writing.
