Common use of Filing of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Filing of this Agreement. There is no obligation on the part of the Trustee that this Agreement or any executed copy hereof be filed in any county in which any of the Trust Estate is located or elsewhere, but the same may be filed for record in any county by the Trustee. In order to avoid the necessity of filing this Agreement for record, each of the Delaware Trustee and the Trustee agrees that for the purpose of vesting the record title to the Trust Estate in any successor trustee, each shall execute and deliver to such successor trustee appropriate assignments or conveyances.
