Common use of Filings and Governmental Consents Clause in Contracts

Filings and Governmental Consents. Subject to Section 12(j), after the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the Members and SFX each shall use their commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate in obtaining any consent, approval, authorization or order of, or in making any registration or filing with, any governmental agency or body required in connection with the execution, delivery or performance of this Agreement or in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
