Common use of Filings and Recordings Clause in Contracts

Filings and Recordings. The Lessee will cause to be done, executed, acknowledged and delivered at the Lessee's cost and expense all such further acts, conveyances and assurances as the Owner Trustee or the Owner Participant shall reasonably require for accomplishing the purposes of the Operative Agreements. Without limiting the generality of this Section 4.02(a), the Lessee will promptly take, or cause to be taken, at the Lessee's cost and expense, such action with respect to the recording, filing, re-recording and re-filing of the Lease (including each supplement thereto), and any financing statements or other instruments as may be reasonably requested by the Owner Trustee and appropriate, to maintain the Owner Trustee's title to and interest in the Aircraft and the Lessor's Estate, as against the Lessee and any third parties, or if the Lessee cannot itself take, or cause to be taken, such action, will furnish to the Owner Trustee timely notice of the necessity of such action, together with such instruments, in execution form, and such other information as may be required to enable either of them to take such action at the Lessee's cost and expense in a timely manner.
