Filings and Reports. (a) Each year during the term of the Fee Agreement, the Company shall deliver to the County, the County Auditor, the County Assessor, and the County Treasurer, a copy of its most recent annual filings with the Department with respect to the Project, not later than 30 days following delivery thereof to the Department. (b) The Company shall cause the filing of a copy of this Fee Agreement, as well as a copy of the completed Form PT-443 of the Department, to be filed with the County Auditor and the County Assessor of the County and any partner county, when the Project is placed in a joint county industrial and business park, and the Department within 30 days after the date of execution and delivery hereof by all parties hereto.
