Common use of Filings; Consents; Waiting Periods Clause in Contracts

Filings; Consents; Waiting Periods. All registrations, filings, applications, notices, transfers consents, approvals, orders, qualifications, waivers and other actions of any kind required of any persons or governmental authorities or private agencies, including, but without limitation, any approvals required by any person to whom the Company is indebted in connection with (i) the consummation of the Stock Purchase, (ii) the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement, shall have been filed, made or obtained and all applicable waiting periods shall have expired or been terminated.
