Common use of FILINGS MADE Clause in Contracts

FILINGS MADE. All filings (including, without limitation, UCC filings) necessary in any jurisdiction to give (i) the Issuer a first priority perfected security interest in the Receivables and the Other Conveyed Property, and (ii) the Trustee a first priority perfected security interest in the Trust Property have been made, taken or performed.
