FILINGS OF PRODUCT TRADEMARKS. The Steering Committee, with respect to a Collaboration Product, shall supervise and direct the filing, prosecution and maintenance of the registrations of the Product Trademarks for such Collaboration Product. The Steering Committee shall provide each Party with (i) drafts of any new application to register a Product Trademark prior to filing that application, allowing adequate time for review and comment by the Parties if possible; provided, however, the Steering Committee shall not be obligated to delay the filing of any application; and (ii) copies of all correspondence from any and all Trademark offices concerning Product Trademark registrations and an opportunity to comment on any proposed responses, voluntary amendments and submissions of any kind to be made to any and all such Trademark offices. Subject to Section 7.2.6, the Parties shall share equally in the expenses associated with the filing, prosecution and maintenance of such Product Trademark registrations.
