Common use of Filings Under Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act Clause in Contracts

Filings Under Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act. Any and all filing fees required to be paid in connection with the premerger notification pursuant to the Xxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act shall be borne and paid by one half by Xxxxxxx and one half by RMSI.
