Final Accounting and Final Invoice. The County will send the Participating Entity a final invoice of election expenses not later than 90 days after an election unless the Election Officer notifies the Participating Entity during that 90-day period following the election that the Election Officer requires additional time to send a final invoice to the Participating Entity. The final invoice will include a listing of additional costs incurred at the Participating Entity’s behalf and specify the total payment due from the Participating Entity for any unpaid portion of the Participating Entity’s costs.
