Final Accounting; Deficit Capital Accounts. Upon the dissolution of the Company, a final accounting shall be made of the capital account of each Member, adjusted up or down to reflect each Member's proportionate share of the Company's net profit or net loss from the time of the last previous accounting to the date of the dissolution. In the event a Member has a deficit balance in his capital account at the time of the dissolution of the Company, that Member shall be required to contribute sufficient capital to the Company within thirty (30) days of the date of the dissolution of the Company to eliminate the deficit balance in his capital account.
