Common use of Final Affidavits of Amounts Paid Clause in Contracts

Final Affidavits of Amounts Paid. Upon completion of all work and as a condition precedent to final payment, the Consultant shall submit to the County a final Affidavit of Amounts Paid. The submittal shall identify the amounts actually paid, and any amounts owed, to each subconsultant for performance of work under this Agreement. Failure to submit such affidavits may result in withholding of the final payment. Upon written request from the Consultant, the County will provide the Consultant with the affidavit forms.
