FINAL AGREEMENT; AMENDMENTS. This Agreement and the other Credit Documents are intended by the Debtor and the Secured Party to be the final, complete, and exclusive expression of the agreement between them. This Agreement, together with the other Credit Documents, supersedes any and all prior oral or written agreements relating to the subject matter hereof. No modification, rescission, waiver, release, or amendment of any provision of this Agreement shall be made, except by a written agreement signed by the Debtor and the Secured Party.
