Final and Binding Effect. Executive understands that if he signs this Agreement, returns it to Xxxxxxx and fails to revoke it consistent with this paragraph 18, it will have a final and binding effect and that by signing and returning this Agreement (and not revoking it) he may be giving up legal rights. Executive also acknowledges that this Agreement may be signed in counter-parts (meaning by him and Xxxxxxx separately) and that facsimile, copy or PDF copy signatures shall be treated as valid as original signatures.
