Final and Binding Effect. Xxxxx understands that if he signs this Agreement, returns it to Xxxxxxx Petroleum, and fails to revoke it consistent with paragraph 18, it will have a final and binding effect and that by signing and returning this Agreement (and not revoking it) he may be giving up legal rights. Xxxxx also acknowledges that this Agreement may be signed in counter-parts (meaning by him and Xxxxxxx Petroleum separately) and that facsimile, copy or PDF copy signatures shall be treated as just as valid as original signatures.
