Except for the Employment Agreement and/or the Change in Control Agreement, which are expressly incorporated herein by reference, this Separation Agreement is the final and complete expression of all agreements between us on all subjects related to your employment or its termination and supersedes and replaces all prior discussions, representations, agreements, policies and practices.
