Common use of Final Application for Payment Clause in Contracts

Final Application for Payment. When the Work is complete, Contractor shall prepare for Owner's acceptance a final Application for Payment stating that to the best of Contractor's knowledge, and based on Owner's inspections, the Work has reached Final Completion in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Final Application for Payment. When Final Completion of the Work is completehas been achieved and the Contract Documents have been fully performed, Contractor the Construction Manager shall prepare for Owner's acceptance submit a final Final Application for Payment stating that to the best of Contractor's knowledgeOwner for the Work, and based on Owner's inspections, the Work has reached Final Completion Owner shall make final payment in accordance with the Contract Documentsschedule for the paying of progress payments set forth in Section 4, Part 3.
