Common use of Final Approval of Amendments Clause in Contracts

Final Approval of Amendments. Amendments to this Contract take effect only after they have been approved by the Academy Board and by the University Board or the Charter Schools Office Director. If the proposed amendment conflicts with any of the University Board’s general policies on public school academies, the proposed amendment shall take effect only after approval by the Academy and the University Board.
