Final Balancing Payments. On a quarterly basis, a final balancing payment and report shall be provided by Amgen to BeiGene to give effect to the Development Cost Share Payment pursuant to Section 7.1 and the Calculation of Collaboration Profits pursuant to Section 7.2.7.
