Final Combination Notice. At least two (2) Business Days in advance of the anticipated date of consummation of a proposed Initial Business Combination, the Company shall deliver to the Trustee the Final Combination Termination Letter. Upon the actual date of consummation of a proposed Initial Business Combination, the Company shall deliver a Confirmation of Closing and the Trustee shall disburse the Trust Property as directed in the Final Combination Termination Letter.
