Final Completion And Punch List. 7.6.4.1 Final cleaning and repairing shall be scheduled upon completion of the project. 7.6.4.2 The Project Manager will make his final inspection upon receipt of a Final Application for Payment. Any work not found acceptable and requiring cleaning, repairs and/or replacement will be noted on the "Punch List." The Contractor until final acceptance of the entire project shall maintain Work that has been inspected and accepted by the Project Manager. 7.6.4.3 Whenever the Contractor has completed the items on the "Punch List," he shall again notify the Project Manager that he is ready for final inspection. This procedure will continue until the Project Manager accepts the entire project. The "Final Payment" will not be processed until the Project Manager has accepted the entire project and all of the requirements of the Contract Documents have been satisfied.
