Common use of Final Completion Deadline Clause in Contracts

Final Completion Deadline. Design-Builder shall achieve Final Completion on or before November 1, 2025 (the “Final Completion Deadline”). The date the Project has achieved Final Completion is the “Final Completion Date.”
