Common use of Final/Conclusive Clause in Contracts

Final/Conclusive. The measurements, estimates, and computations of Owner as to quantities and amount of Work done, will in all cases be accepted by the Parties as final and conclusive unless Subcontractor negotiates these items directly with Owner and Owner approves the same and notifies Contractor. Section 4.5 Direct Negotiation Deduction is not applicable to this provision.
