Final Construction Costs Clause Samples
The 'Final Construction Costs' clause defines how the total and definitive costs of a construction project are determined at the end of the work. Typically, this clause outlines the process for compiling all relevant invoices, change orders, and approved expenses to arrive at a final figure, often requiring agreement between the contractor and the client. Its core function is to ensure both parties have a clear, mutually accepted understanding of the total financial obligation, thereby preventing disputes over payment and closing out the project’s financial aspects with certainty.
