Common use of Final Costs Clause in Contracts

Final Costs. (i) Final Costs will be calculated using the number of people actually attending the Event or the final numbers notified to BCEC Management in the Final Numbers Notice (see clause 3.1e), whichever is greater. (ii) The Final Costs payable will be reduced by the amount of Estimated Costs actually paid in accordance with clause 4.1(b) and will be payable no later than 14 days after a final statement is issued (refer clause 4.3 and 4.4).
