Final Disposition of the Accounting/Trust Administration Fund. Any excess Accounting/Trust Administration Funds remaining after distribution (e.g., funds not expended on administration), or funds in the Remainder Account, shall be paid to the organization selected as the recipient of the Indian Education Scholarship Fund set out in Section G of this Agreement.
