Common use of Final Estimate Clause in Contracts

Final Estimate. At the time of delivery of these bid and construction documents, which shall include the Final Working Drawings and Specifications (collectively referred to herein as the "Construction Documents"), Architect shall provide DISTRICT with its final estimate of probable construction cost ("Architect's Final Estimate"). As stated above, it shall be the Architect's duty to design the Project within budget.

Final Estimate. At the time of delivery of these bid and construction documents, which shall include the Final Working Drawings and Specifications (collectively referred to herein as the "“Construction Documents"”), Architect Designer shall provide DISTRICT City with its final estimate of probable construction cost ("Architect's “Designer’s Final Estimate"”). As stated abovediscussed herein, including in Section 7.3, it shall be the Architect's Designer’s duty to design the Project within budget.
