Final Exhibits. The Exhibits attached to this Contract as of its effective date in blank or template form and which the Department and Contractor subsequently negotiate, fill in, finalize, sign and date in order to implement a project under this Contract in accordance with the ESPCP.

Final Exhibits. The parties have made good faith efforts as of the date hereof to identify each Initial Service and complete the content of each Exhibit pertaining to the Initial Services. To the extent an Exhibit has not been prepared for an Initial Service or an Exhibit is otherwise incomplete as of the date hereof, the parties shall use good faith efforts to prepare or complete Exhibits by the Closing Date. Any services reflected on any such additional or amended Exhibit shall be deemed an "Initial Service" as if set forth on such Exhibit as of the date hereof.
Final Exhibits. The parties have made good faith efforts as of the date hereof to identify each Initial Service and complete the content of each Exhibit pertaining to the Initial Services. To the extent an Exhibit has not been prepared for an Initial Service or an Exhibit is otherwise incomplete as of the date hereof, the parties shall use good faith efforts to prepare or complete Exhibits by the Genco Distribution Date. Final Exhibits. The parties acknowledge and agree that the exhibits and schedules hereto and the exhibits and schedules to the agreements attached hereto will take significant time and effort to complete and agree that, to the extent not completed as of the date hereof, such schedules and exhibits shall be finalized, agreed upon by the parties, and attached hereto and thereto on or prior to the initial Closing, with each party acting in good faith.
Final Exhibits. The parties acknowledge that Exhibit H-1 and Exhibit I-1 will take significant time and effort to complete and agree that such Exhibits shall be finalized, agreed upon by the parties, and attached hereto on or before September 15, 2000.

Final Exhibits. The legal description of the Immovable Property contained in the Survey shall be used in addition to (with a “one and the same as” statement) the legal description of the Immovable Property used in EXHIBIT A as of the date hereof without the necessity of the parties executing any additional amendments to this Agreement. EXHIBIT C shall be included as part of this Agreement when, and in the form, notified to Seller by Xxxxx in writing. EXHIBIT D shall be included as part of this Agreement if and when it is in the form, agreed by Seller and Xxxxx in writing prior to Closing. With regard to EXHIBIT E, F, and G, in the event Seller fails to provide a list of all relevant information for the respective Exhibit at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the Feasibility Period, Buyer will assume there is no such relevant information and the respective Exhibit will be marked “None.”
