Final Exhibits Sample Clauses

The 'Final Exhibits' clause defines the process and requirements for attaching and finalizing all exhibits, schedules, or appendices referenced in the main agreement. Typically, this clause specifies that all such documents must be completed, agreed upon, and attached to the contract at the time of execution, ensuring that all referenced materials are part of the binding agreement. By doing so, it prevents disputes over missing or incomplete exhibits and ensures that all parties have a clear and complete understanding of their obligations and the terms of the deal.
