Final Fee, Charge and Surcharge Notice for Following Calendar Year. No later than August 15, the County will provide notice to the City of the final fees, charges and surcharges listed in this Subsection 5.a. reflecting the application of the June-June CPI index in the manner prescribed in Subsection 5.a above.
