Final Funding Date Clause Samples

In practice, this means that any requests for funding or drawdowns must be made before this specified date, after which no further advances will be permitted. This clause ensures clarity for both parties regarding the timeframe for funding availability and helps prevent disputes about late or unexpected funding requests.
