Common use of Final Integrated Agreement Clause in Contracts

Final Integrated Agreement. This Agreement and other written agreements or sections thereof which are expressly referred to in this Agreement constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto and supersedes any prior oral or written understandings, agreements and undertakings with respect to its subject matter including but not limited to all provisions contained in the Employment Agreement that do not expressly survive under this Agreement.

No agreement, understanding, representation, inducement, promise, warranty, or condition of any kind with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be relied upon by the Parties unless expressly incorporated herein.
