Common use of Final Judgment Clause in Contracts

Final Judgment. If a final judgment for the payment of money in excess of $100,000.00 shall be rendered against any Borrower, and the same shall remain undischarged or shall not be bonded otfto the satisfaction of Lender for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days after entry thereof, during which the execution shall not be effectively stayed.

Final Judgment. If a final judgment for the payment of money in excess of $100,000.00 500,000.00 shall be rendered against Borrower or any Borrowerof its Subsidiaries, and the same shall remain undischarged or shall not be bonded otfto off to the satisfaction of the Lender for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days after entry thereof, during which the execution shall not be effectively stayed.

If a final judgment for the payment of money in excess of an aggregate of One Hundred Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($100,000.00 100,000.00) shall be rendered against Borrower, or any BorrowerSubsidiary, and the same shall remain undischarged or shall not be bonded otfto the satisfaction of Lender for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days after entry thereof, during which the execution shall not be effectively stayed.; or

If a final judgment for the payment of money in excess of $100,000.00 shall be rendered against any Borrower, and the same shall remain undischarged or shall not be bonded otfto off to the satisfaction of Lender for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days after entry thereof, during which the execution shall not be effectively stayed.

If a final judgment for the payment of money in excess of an aggregate of $100,000.00 250,000.00 shall be rendered against any either Borrower, and the same shall remain undischarged or shall not be bonded otfto the satisfaction of Lender for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days after entry thereof, during which the execution shall not be effectively stayed.; or

Final Judgment. If a final judgment for the payment of money in -------------- excess of an aggregate of $100,000.00 25,000.00 shall be rendered against the Borrower or any BorrowerGuarantor, and the same shall remain undischarged or shall not be bonded otfto the satisfaction of Lender for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days after entry thereof, Days during which the execution shall not be effectively stayed.

If a final judgment for the payment of money in excess of $100,000.00 500,000.00 shall be rendered against any Borrower, and the same shall remain undischarged or shall not be bonded otfto off to the satisfaction of Lender the Associations for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days after entry thereof, during which the execution shall not be effectively stayed.;
