Common use of Final Judgments or Orders Clause in Contracts

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 2,250,000 in the aggregate aggregate, not covered by insurance, shall be entered against any Loan Party or any Subsidiary of a Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $5,000,000 500,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entryentry (excluding any portion thereof which is covered by insurance so long as the insurer is reasonably likely to be able to pay and has accepted a tender of defense and indemnification without reservation of rights);
