Common use of Final Judgments or Orders Clause in Contracts

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (to the extent not covered by independent third party insurance as to which the insurer does not dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Event) in excess of $25,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty five (45) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders not covered by insurance for the payment of money (to the extent not covered by independent third party insurance as to which the insurer does not dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Event) in excess of $25,000,000 10,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty five sixty (4560) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (to the extent not covered by independent third party insurance as for which there is no dispute with respect to which coverage by the insurer does not dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Eventapplicable insurance carrier) in excess of $25,000,000 15,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty five thirty (4530) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Twenty-Five Million and 00/100 Dollars (to $25,000,000.00) in the extent not covered by independent aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third party insurance as to which the insurer does coverage not in dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Event) in excess of $25,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty five thirty (4530) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $20,000,000 (to the extent not covered by independent third party insurance as to which the insurer does not dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Eventinsolvency proceeding) in excess of $25,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty forty-five (45) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $1,000,000 in the aggregate (excluding liabilities to the extent not paid or covered by independent third party insurance as to which the insurer does relevant insurance company has not dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Eventdisputed coverage) in excess of $25,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty five thirty (4530) calendar days from the date of entry;; 9.

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (to the extent not covered by independent third party insurance as to which the insurer does not dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Eventinsurance) in excess of $25,000,000 5,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty five thirty (4530) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Ten Million and 00/100 Dollars (to $10,000,000.00) in the extent aggregate which are not covered by independent third party insurance as to for which the insurer applicable carrier does not dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Event) in excess of $25,000,000 in the aggregate coverage, shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty five thirty (4530) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $30,000,000 in the aggregate (to the extent not paid or covered by independent third party insurance as to which the insurer does from a reputable carrier who has not dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Eventpreviously denied coverage) in excess of $25,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty five thirty (4530) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $35,000,000 in the aggregate (excluding liabilities to the extent not paid or covered by independent third party insurance as to which the insurer does relevant insurance company has not dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Eventdisputed coverage) in excess of $25,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty five thirty (4530) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Five Million and 00/100 Dollars (to $5,000,000.00) in the extent not covered by independent aggregate in excess of any applicable valid and binding third party insurance as to which the insurer does coverage not in dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Event) in excess of $25,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty five thirty (4530) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgment or judgments or order or orders for the payment of money (to the extent not covered by independent third party insurance as to which the insurer does not dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Event) in excess of $25,000,000 in the aggregate aggregate, in each case to the extent not adequately covered by insurance as to which a solvent and unaffiliated insurance company has acknowledged coverage in writing, shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is is, or judgments are, not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty five sixty (4560) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (to the extent not covered by independent third party insurance as to uninsured portion of which the insurer does not dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Event) in excess of $25,000,000 250,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty five thirty (4530) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders not covered by insurance for the payment of money (to the extent not covered by independent third party insurance as to which the insurer does not dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Event) in excess of $25,000,000 40,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty five sixty (4560) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $50,000,000 in the aggregate (to the extent not paid or covered by independent third third-party insurance as to which that has not been denied by the insurer does not dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Eventapplicable insurer) in excess of $25,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty forty-five (45) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of FiveTwo Million and 00/100 Dollars (to $5,000,000.002,000,000.00) in the extent not covered by independent aggregate in excess of any applicable valid and binding third party insurance as to which the insurer does coverage not in dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Event) in excess of $25,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty five thirty (4530) days from the date of entry;; 8.

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (to the extent not covered by independent third party insurance as to which the insurer does not dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Event) in excess of $25,000,000 3,000,000 (net of the amount of any insurance coverage which has not been rejected) in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty five sixty (4560) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $50,000,000.00 in the aggregate (to the extent not paid or covered by independent third third-party insurance as to which that has not been denied by the insurer does not dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Eventapplicable insurer) in excess of $25,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty forty-five (45) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (to the extent not covered by independent third party insurance as to which the insurer does not dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Event) in excess of $25,000,000 5,000,000 in the aggregate over the amount, if any, that an insurer has committed to pay under a policy of insurance shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded bonded, or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty five thirty (4530) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of $35,000,000 in the aggregate (excluding liabilities to the extent not paid or covered by independent third party insurance as to which the insurer does relevant insurance company has not dispute coverage and is not subject to an Insolvency Eventdisputed coverage) in excess of $25,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of forty five thirty (4530) days from the date of entry;; 9.
