Common use of Final Maturity Notice Clause in Contracts

Final Maturity Notice. On the Final Notice Date, the Company, or at its written request the Trustee in the name of and at the expense of the Company (which request must received at least five Business Days prior to the Final Notice Date (unless the Trustee shall agree to a shorter notice period) shall mail or cause to be mailed, by first class mail, to all holders of record on such Final Notice Date a notice (the “Final Maturity Notice”) of the final maturity of the Notes to each holder of the Notes at its last address as the same appears on the Note Register, provided that if the Company shall give such notice, it shall also give written notice of the final maturity of the Notes to the Trustee at the same time it is mailed to Noteholders. Such notice, if mailed in the manner herein provided, shall be conclusively presumed to have been duly given, whether or not the holder receives such notice. Such notice shall state:
