Common use of Final Order Clause in Contracts

Final Order. The Company shall take all steps necessary or desirable to submit the Arrangement to the Court and diligently pursue an application for the Final Order pursuant to Section 291 of the BCBCA, as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event not later than three (3) Business Days after the Arrangement Resolution is passed at the Company Meeting as provided for in the Interim Order.

Final Order. The Following approval of the Arrangement Resolution, the Company shall shall, in consultation with the Purchaser, take all steps necessary or desirable to submit the Arrangement to the Court and diligently pursue an application for the Final Order pursuant to Section 291 of the BCBCA, as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event not later than three (3) five Business Days after the Arrangement Resolution is passed at the Company Meeting Meeting, or such other date as provided for may be agreed to by the Parties in the Interim Orderwriting, acting reasonably.

Final Order. The Company In accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, Corporation shall take all steps necessary or desirable to submit the Arrangement to the Court and diligently pursue an application for the Final Order pursuant to Section 291 192 of the BCBCACBCA, as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event not later than three (3) Business Days after the Arrangement Resolution is passed at the Company Meeting as provided for in the Interim Order.

Final Order. The (1) Following approval of the Arrangement Resolution at the Company Meeting, the Company shall take all steps necessary or desirable to submit the Arrangement to the Court and diligently pursue an application for the Final Order pursuant to Section 291 of the BCBCA, as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event not later than three (3) Business Days after the Arrangement Resolution is passed at the Company Meeting as provided for in the Interim Order.

(1) The Company shall take all steps necessary or desirable to submit the Arrangement to the Court and diligently pursue an application for the Final Order pursuant to Section 291 section 192 of the BCBCACBCA, as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event not later than three (3) Business Days after the Arrangement Resolution is passed at later of (i) the date on which the Company Meeting as provided for Shareholder Approval is obtained in accordance with the Interim Order, and (ii) and the date on which the last of the Regulatory Approvals is obtained .

The Company shall take all steps necessary or desirable to submit the Arrangement to the Court and diligently pursue an application for the Final Order pursuant to Section 291 of the BCBCABCA, as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event not later than three two (32) Business Days after the Arrangement Resolution is passed at the Company Meeting as provided for in the Interim Order.

The Company shall take all steps necessary or desirable to submit the Arrangement to the Court and diligently pursue an application for the Final Order pursuant to Section 291 192 of the BCBCACBCA, as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event not later than three (3) Business Days after the Arrangement Resolution is passed at the Company Meeting as provided for in the Interim Order.

The Company Corporation shall take all steps necessary or desirable to submit the Arrangement to the Court and diligently pursue an application for the Final Order pursuant to Section 291 192 of the BCBCACBCA, as soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event not later than three (3) Business Days after the Arrangement Resolution is passed at the Company Meeting as provided for in the Interim Order.
